I’m currently exploring 3D Puff Embroidery Digitizing and wanted to start a discussion around it. This technique has become really popular for creating raised, bold, and textured embroidery effects, especially on caps, hoodies, jackets, and sportswear.
From what I understand, 3D puff digitizing requires careful adjustment of stitch density, underlay, and foam placement so the design stands out properly without collapsing or losing shape. It seems like even small mistakes in digitizing can affect the final raised effect, especially on curved surfaces like caps.
